Return Policy

At JIT Just In Time LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. Please review the following guidelines carefully regarding returns and refunds.

For Returns

  • Return requests must be initiated within fifteen (15) days of the delivery date.
  • To request a return, please contact us via email for return instructions and authorization.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, returned items must:

  • Incorrect Items are eligible for return if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. 
  • We also accept returns for damaged items, with photo proof provided. 

Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a partial refund or return denial.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care, health, beauty, and hygiene products that have been opened or used
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear after delivery


Late Returns

Returns requested or received outside the approved return window are not eligible for refunds.


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
  • In cases of our error, return shipping will be covered by us.


Refund Processing

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.


Post-Purchase Damage

JIT Just In Time LLC is not responsible for damage that occurs after the item has been delivered and accepted by the customer.


Final Sale Items

Items clearly marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. This Returns Policy does not apply to Final Sale items.
