How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your delivery online.
Is free shipping available?
Yes. We offer free shipping on eligible orders of $50 or more, available on most of our products.
Are there items that do not qualify for free shipping?

How will my order be shipped?

We currently ship within the United States.
Please note:
- Shipping may not be available to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or PO boxes.
- Some items may have state restrictions (e.g., HI or CA).
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellations are possible only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at sales@jitjustintime.com.
If the order has not been processed or shipped, we may be able to update it. Once the order is in transit, changes may not be possible.
What items are eligible for return?
Return requests must be initiated within fifteen (15) days of the delivery date.
- Incorrect Items are eligible for return if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- We also accept returns for damaged items, with photo proof provided.
